Default Help: SPA3000 - Vonage SoftLine issue - NewUser 1st attempt

I just configured SPA3000 with Vonage settings using Wizard on voxilla site. I have the following behaviors:
1. When calling out pstn #s it rings then I get Vonage recorded message saying "all line are temporarily busy code 0106.
2. If I call a Vonage number I get their voice mail immediately without ringing their phone.
3. If anyone calls me from Vonage network, my phone rings but it never picks up the call.
4. If anyone calls me from a regular telephone number (landline) it works fine (it rings, I can pick up the call and talk)
5. If I configure my device with other service provider it works fine!

I'm behind a linksys wireless ADSL-Router box

Any help is appreciated.

Best Regards.
