 Calling a Vonage number over SIP Has anyone had success calling a Vonage phone over SIP? (without a softphone account!) I've tried calling the following SIP urls from Gizmo without success. sip:<phone #>@sphone.vopr.vonage.net sip:<phone #>@sip.vonage.net Any ideas? Thanks.     |

| Zia, Have you tried callinbg your ATA directly?... try yourvonagenumber@your_public_IP_address. NOT sure if it'll work either as you're supposed to be on port 5060 for this trick to work, and vonage does everything differenly; still, worth a shot. |

| Couldn't get it to work. Get a "request timeout." NAT's forwarding 5061 to the vonage box. Not sure if there additional configuration involved. |
