ITS A TRAP!!!!

I am one of the thousands of victims registered with MPINGI. The trial period would be good and you will never get good service after that. They have catch in every click you do in their webside during registration, later they will say you agreed to this and that so we charge money to your credit card.

The phone service entirely down for 3 days in a row this week. Customer service said its a server upgrade!!!

After that still I am having issues making and receiving phone calls.Cancelling the service would cost you hundreds of dollars and only way is to cancel your credit card.

Their service is horrible!!!!

You are right ! I also experienced the same ..service is horrible and customer care is worst. Its a big trap from a fraud company.
I have seen a lot of people having the same experience with MPINGI. Is it possible through this thread to come together and put some legal action agianst MPINGI?

Pls let me know.

Hi I am a new mpingi customer signed up for there service there was lot of delay to get the adapter at first. I found out later I could have called my India number through there soft phone and didn't have to wait for the adapter for so many days and use those stupid calling cards. They could do a better job at mentioning that detail on there website .
Now I have been using there service for two days in a row talking to my fiance' I have given her cell number and her address as my home country number. I am supposed to be not charged for that one number. I am told even though the call charges show up for that number in my bill records I will not be charged.
I will report my experience at the end of the billing cycle lets see how this works.

MPingi customer service is deceiving. They claim trial period as 1 month risk free trail...however it was a horrible experience for me. I canceled the service and my credit card too as the details are with them..

I anticipated there will be some hidden agenda behind 1 month risk free trail and gotten the details of cancellation procedures from customer representative. The girl told me that i can call them at any time before 1 month (to avail the risk free trail) for cancellation. Accordingly i called them on the last day of the period. The guy told me that he has taken the cancellation order and some one from cancellation department will call me and complete the requirements. No one called me that day. Next day morning I got an email regarding a charge of $56.88 levied on me through my credit card. I called immediately to inquire on that and got the response that they don't have the record with them that i had called and they can't refund the money back. I do have my cell phone call details to prove that i had called them and spoke for 7 minutes..

This company is fraudulent they make customers fool by false promises..please be aware of this service and let others know about this before they get into this trap...

The Proprietor or owner (i am pretty much sure that
this company doesn't have any board of director or
hierarchy , must be run by some 'lala')

i really had a extremely bad experience with this
lousy company of india/US. i will never ever recommend
this device to anyone in future. here r some features
of the services of this company;
1. there shipping dept in US sucks, most probably the
slowest in US. no coordination between sales and
shipping (the dint have computer address labels, they
use handwritten address)
2. after so many phone calls and chatting, they used
USPS ordinary mail, not UPS or priority or express or
FedEx.
3. i ordered the device on may 26,2008 but i got the
device on June 12th (waiting time 17 days)
4. after ten days i came to know that the device is
out of stock.
5. the technical department is highly incompetent. i
wasted 35 minutes of my talk time (cell phone) just to
know about installation.
and lastly;
the device doesn't work, it was faulty.

In shortly, this company is running the business in US
but working with Indian way of functioning.
i wish if they could spend some money on quality of
services not on commercials.
FYI, i am switching over to Magic jack and also
posting these comments on Mpingi review for potential
customers.
