Default The Linksys/Sipura device will not reset

Your device has had an Admin password assigned to it. If you assigned this password, simply enter the password by pressing the keypad buttons of your phone. Press the key only once for any digit or letter that is on the button (i.e., press the 2 key once for 2, a, b, c, A, B or C), followed by the # key.

If you did not set the password, your Linksys/Sipura device has probably been locked by a service provider. Please contact the service provider if you wish to get it unlocked.

Appendix B - Factory Reset
To perform a factory reset on your SPA3000 remove the Ethernet cable and the PSTN line
cable, leaving just the power and the phone connected. Dial **** on the phone. You should hear a
Sipura message asking you to enter your selection. . Then dial 73738#.
WARNING: This will restore your unit back to factory defaults, all your information will
be lost.
