VoIP accounts with different credentials. They may or may not be with the same service provider. You want to be able to receive a call on your PSTN line and forward the call over
VoIP to another telephone number.
Assume that you have configured the
VoIP accounts on both Line 1 and PSTN Line as appropriate.
On the PSTN line tab, under PSTN to
VoIP Gateway setup, make the following changes:
PSTN-To-
VoIP Gateway Enable: Yes
PSTN Caller Auth Method: None
PSTN CID For
VoIP CID: Yes
PSTN Caller Default DP: 8
Off Hook While Calling
VoIP: No
On the PSTN Line tab under Dial Plans, change as follows:L
Dial Plan 8: (
VoIPnumber@VoIPprovider.com)
What will happen is that when a PSTN call comes in, after the number of seconds specified in the PSTN Answer Delay parameter, the device will attempt to call the telephone number specified via the
VoIP provider defined on the PSTN Line tab.
