Default Cannot receive calls in a phone connected to Linksys SPA3102 using FWD

Hello,

I have setup a Linksys SPA3102 router and configured Line 1 for FWD service.

The Info folder of SPA3102 shows that the Line 1 is registered with FWD.

From the analog phone connected to the SPA3102 I can make outgoing calls to another FWD number ( it is an Xlite softphone) without any problem.

The issue is that I cannot receive calls in the analog phone connected to the SPA3102.

FYI, the SPA3102 is connected to a LAN behind a router that is doing NAT and the router is connected to a ADSL line.

If anyone knows how to solve this issue, it will be appreciated.

Many thanks
Enrique
