IN CONFERENCE OPTIONS
In Conference options are a set of rich features enabling the moderator to control and conduct a successful voice conference. Please Note Entry/Exit sounds are played by default to disable email our voice services team.
- Mute/UnMute all participants except chairperson.This powerful feature allows the moderator to control and conduct the conference as they wish.
- Play Attendee Count: Quickly play the number of participants already logged in to the conference, this will played to the chairperson only.
- Roll Call Playback: Play all the recorded names for all the user in the conference. By default recording of names is enabled.
- Disconnect Last Caller: A Security features that allows the moderator to disconnect the last caller that has joined the conference.
- Start or Stop Conference Recording: Enable or disable Conference Recording, after the end of each conference recording the moderator will be notified via email to download the recording in MP3 format.
- Lock / Unlock Conference Room: Locking the conference room will prevent users from logging in during the conference session. The conference room will be unlocked when the moderator disconnects.
- Stop or Start Music On Hold: While users are waiting for the moderator to join the conference room, this feature will provide them with option to stop or re-start the music on hold.
