| Before I post my request for beta testers, I'd like to introduce myself to the whirpool voip community...... My name is Alex Brecher. I've been involved in the web hosting and telecommunication industry for many years. I ran into a big problem a few years back which brought me to where I am today. We had many employees that worked remotely and we needed a telephony solution that would support all our employees, regardless of their location. We started off with a 3Com NBX system hosted in our data center. As we added users we had more and more problems with the system. We became tired managing our own telephony equipment and I began my search for a decent hosted pbx solution. I came across a few promising solutions but they were either ridiculously expensive and/or they were missing important features. Two years ago we moved over to Asterisk. Thankfully we have great techs in-house who were able to assist with the many many issues we had. Asterisk has matured quite nicely and we've been really satisfied. This brought me to the realization that most SMB and SOHO users don't have the technical experience to configure and manage Asterisk. My experience searching for an affordable, stable, easy to use and feature rich hosted voip pbx solution made me realize that there weren't many (if any) companies providing this service. Almost one year ago I decided to design a hosted voip pbx solution that would cater to the SMB and SOHO market. Quite a bit of work has gone into developing and designing the PremierPBX solution and we're excited about offering it to the public shortly. The PremierPBX solution is inexpensive and feature rich. Users will have access to features normally found in higher end pbx systems at a very reasonable monthly price. We're looking for a few individuals that are willing to beta test our solution over the next few weeks and provide daily feedback that will assist us in perfecting our product. Beta testers will receive a PremierPBX account, a free telephone and fax #, free local and long distance minutes (incoming and outgoing.) The beta testing duration is not set but shouldn't last more than a month or two. Beta testers who provided useful feedback will be allowed to keep their free account for at least 3-6 months, possibly longer.
