need US toll-free DID provider.....

Hi,
We’re a US business that has moved it’s call center to Taiwan and we’ve been forwarding our inbound toll-free calls via our current provider who is forwarding calls to our Taiwan based call center via traditional phone line (they CAN provide IAX2 but we are hesitant to use them right now).

We’ve recently hired a company here to build and maintain a asterisk based phone server and are shopping for a new DID provider.

What I need:
1. transfer my current toll-free number to your company (a RESPORG I believe?)
2. ability to have calls sent from that number to my taiwan based asterisk phone server (I will need ability to handle multiple simultaneous calls, or multiple channels)
3. 24 hour network operations center since we are in a +16GMT time zone
4. Ability to fall back from SIP/IAX trunking to traditional landline in case our internet service at our call center fails.
a) What I mean is—if a call cannot be sent to our server via VOIP, then it can be sent through traditional land lines to our local phone numbers located at our call center (sent over PSTN/POTS??)
5. Ability to view real time CDR data (not updated once every 2 hours) so that we can confirm calls that may have failed reaching us and so we can return calls to those failed attempts.
