Default VoIP Security Concerns

I am kinda curious about what people are generally concerned about regarding VoIP Security. We've all read the "VoIP Hacking Exposed" book --riiighhht??? But I'm curious what others think of VoIP Security. Perhaps maybe not how to solve the issue, but what are the concerns for the general VoIP users?

Default Re: VoIP Security Concerns

Considering that today's enterprise networks are all switched, and that switches are supposed to be in locked cabinets/rooms and use safe passwords so nobody can program a span port, the only real concern for me would be IP trunks.. I think we'll see quite a bit of movement in that area in the coming months and years. Just recently, Linksys has added TCP and TLS support to most of their product line.. now IPTSPs need to follow suit.

On this board, there seem to be quite a few people putting their PBX on the Net.. not a good move imho. The least thing I'd do is require VPN for remote workers to keep unwanted guests out.
