Default linksys spa 2102 help

hi all, need to open a linksys spa 2102 from voip.com. can get into user screen from web interface, but when i try to open admin area it asks for user name and password. any info you can share would be a help.

If you can't perform a factory reset, you will have to call the service provider for the authentication information.

so eric what you saying is if i do a factory reset will i lose all my info in it?
i'm still subin from them and what do i say if i do a reset all all info is gone. they goin know somethings up? i know all most all of the **** commands.

A factory reset will wipe out the settings.

There is no other way to circumvent administrative permissions on the SPA2102.
