| Hi All, Seeing that VPC finally offered DIDs in my area I added one to my account. previous to this I had only been using them as a backup way to place long distance calls from my Asterisk server. However, I am appalled at the terrible quality of the incomming calls. I also have an 800 number issued by Clearpath. Calls coming in on that service are crystal clear. Calls placed through VoipJet are also great quality. What's the deal with VPC? Why might calls coming in from them be so poor? I'm on a 3.0Mb/768kb dedicated loop DSL. All calls incomming and outgoing are via IAX2. My Asterisk server is running Asterisk CVS-HEAD-10/03/04 Thanks, Michael |
