Default Voice Pulse Connect stability

Hi,

During the past weeks we have experienced repetitive service drops of VP Connect. Now we are getting almost daily drops for 1 or two hours normally.

We have 12 accounts in different places in the same city, with different ISP

It sounds like you have a good case to get your problem escalated within VPC. If you call them while the service is out, describe what you just said here - that you have 12 accounts on different ISPs that fail simultaneously, and that you would like to work with a technician who can find the problem before it clears itself. Alternatively, you may try calling while service is working and set up an appointment to "hit the ground running" when the next failure occurs.
