Inbound calls not working on VoicePulse After having virtually flawless VoicePulse service for about 5 months, I suddenly could no longer receive calls beginning two days ago. Outgoing calls still work fine. Calls to my VP number result in a message saying that an error was made in dialing the number.
VP customer support has advised me that the cause of the problem is that their downstream provider is not forwarding the incoming call to VP. VP refuses to give me at ETA for a fix. I've asked for escalation but gotten nowhere. Two days without being able to receive calls is getting tiresome.
Anyone else having a similar problem?
