Default Does VoicePulse really want customers ?

Ok, this is jist.
June 1st order my sipura from the Voxilla, on time arrival just
as commited.
June 8th, I have me brandy new sipura 2000, sing up with
voicepulse. recieve the automated "thank you email".
the 9th nothing.. no heartbeat. So i email tech support,
recieve the auotmated reply "please answers these question"
send response "does not apply - account not activated"
The 10th @ 2~am i get a response - your account should be
active in 24 hours.
As of today, no account activated.

I am a current vonage customer, looking for alterantive.

Is this type of flatlined support normal for them ?

Unfortunately it has been recently. However once you get the service up an running you probably won't need them. For major problems i.e. no dial tone or can't receive calls they are very responsive. Most of the complaints that are service related are due to features not working properly or at all. These are usually not as time sensitive to them.

Just keep replying to your original ticket. It might be a number availability issue or something else that is out of their control.

i am also experiencing problems
Please tell them to answer to my tickets
I cannot get a dial tone and i have done evrything in the book bot no luck.
Iam using dial up maybe that is the problem

I don't know if any of the codecs they support will work over dialup. g.711 (default) definately won't.

They claim the low quality codec g726-16 should work over dialup --- BUT dialup is not supported. My experience is that it would not work over dialup.
