Default viatalk adapter (linksys pap2t)

I am new here and this may not be the right place. But, I have logged onto my Linksys viatalk adapter (pap2t) with no problems for 2 weeks, and all of a sudden today I cannot logon. I have recycled power to my cable modem, my router (Linksys wrt54G wireless), have tried my other linksys router (BEFSR41), recycled power to the pap2t and still cannot logon to the pap2t. I am positive the ip address is 192.168.1.100 (uh, well per viatalk thru their phone diagnosis). Really, I am positive that IS the ip address. When I enter this IP address in my browser, I get:
The page cannot be displayed

Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer

Any ideas? Viatalk says "we show that cannot be happening". That is good technical advice. I have a support ticket in with Linksys. Thanks. -Joe

Doesn't the PAP2T have a built-in IVR where you can have it tell you its current IP address? Are the LEDs all in order (not blinking)? Can you ping the device?

To determine the IP address of the pap2T, pick up phone on PAP2T and dial **** to login. Then dial 110# for the IP address.

Yes. I have gotten the ip address from the phone by **** 110#. It is 192.168.1.100. It DOES pass ping test. But I cannot connect/logon to it by putting the ip address in address of my ie browser. I have tried viatalk and linksys support. They had me try everything they could think of, and I still cannot connect. Viatalk's advice was "it should work".

I always get "page cannot be displayed"
"Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer"

I am now trying to get a new box from viatalk. Fat chance of that. I would try any suggestions to connect to the pap2t. Thanks.

Oh yeah. The leds on solid on the pap2t are phone1,internet, and power on led. Everyone agrees that these are the correct leds that should be on. The box does work most of the time (drops off about once a day). That's good because it dropped off once an hour when I got it 2 weeks ago. I just can not connect to it to change parameters. I was able to connect to it up to the morning of 4/18. Viatalk had me logon as administrator to view some setup parameters (they supplied me with username and password), and after logging off, I can no longer connect. Sounds suspicious, doesn't it?

Another option is to try **** 7932# that IVR code controls enabling and disabling the web interface.

Did they have you try a factory reset?

I tried the **** 7932, but it asked me to enter a password and I didn't know where to go from there. Linksys support Had me do a **** 73738. It seemed to 'boot' the pap2t but still could not logon to it after it finished rebooting. Linksys support sucks. I asked the girl how to determine the ip address from my wrt54g wireless router (the pap2t is attached to port 1 of this router). She didn't know, but she thought it was possible. Not sure where to go to next. Just let it set I guess. Thanks for all your help.
