My friend warned me when I was about to jump to ViaTalk after I got burned with SunRocket 2 months ago. She said she's having all sorts of problems with ViaTalk.

Actually Viatalk has settled down. Technical problems are virtually non-existent now, and support is actually starting to clear out the trouble reports submitted on line (some of them weeks old !!!) .... Phone queue is getting shorter... but they still don't respond to online tickets in a reasonable period of time. But the phone service itself seems to be working fine now for the past few weeks.

I have not had service since 7/27 and can't get via talk to communicate with me in any way. I think it is the PAP2-na because the lights are the same whether it is connected to the wireless router or not. I can't get any support to fix or replace. Phone says no line.
