I have a polycom vsx300 hooked up to DSL service. We only have 384 x 384 symmetrical service available in our area. When I do a speed test we get 365 x 320. When I make an IP call the monitor has a call stats feature while in use that lets me see the video transmit and receive....also packets lost. In a call we are getting 128-258 Video rate transfer on the transmit side. 200-256 on the receive side. We are losing 300-400 packets every two minutes. Why aren't we getting 384 when we place a call. We get the speed only when we browse ????????? Any help ?????? Regards, Jim
