asterisk iax2 channel testing for voicepulse number

    Hi,

    We have subscribed for a VoIP service (voicepulse) number . I have managed to connect this VoIP line to my asterisk box through the IAX2 channel for inbound calling. I want to check if the line is up and running 24*7. Is there a tool/mechanism which would help me achieve that? I am aware of iax2 show registry. But that would only help me detect if the remote server is reachable from my Asterisk box. I wanted some automated mechanism which would help me ascertain if the inbound call will reach my asterisk machine. Can anyone help?Thanks in advance.
