Default VOIP Issues

48CVA with Broadvoice, When auto attendent answers the first 4-5 seconds is cut off on the callers end. In other words they don't hear the begining of the message. Also when I transfer to a remote phone number, the "One moment please" is not there either. Works fine with the bellsouth numbers.

Is there any way to get the music/wav file to play while transferring to a remote number. When callers hear silence they tend to hang up.
