Here is the step by step procedure on acquiring the current password to your talk switch box. I to have had the frustration of a simple login.

• down load the current version of software to your box. Choose the right link for your box.

• install the software on your computer.
• run the software under the connection type choose Ethernet.
• attempt to log in to the box at least 3-4 times. The software should terminate on its own after you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts.
• open the directory where the talk switch software installed to.

Example---C:\Program Files\TalkSwitch\TalkSwitch Configuration 4.10

• find a file named “connection.log” open this with your favorite text editor

the text file will look something like this.
