Default Is my 48CVA Dead?

I had a power outage today..

When the power came back on, the 48CVA powered on, but all 5 lights on the front were solid red.

Thoughts?

Default Re: Is my 48CVA Dead?

It sounds like the system is not completing the power up process. It is difficult to say exactly where the system is getting stuck during the process. The best thing to do is to try to get a serial cable and connect TalkSwitch directly to your PC so that diagnostics can be viewed during the power up process and determine the current state of the system. If the boot block is still running most likely the problem can be resolved in the field. I would advise you to find a serial cable and then contact TalkSwitch Technical Support to help troubleshoot this problem.

Thank

Callum
