| Since Talkswitch can't seem to return an email... We have upgraded our software and firmware for a 484VS. The notes on features mentioned increasing the memory time available to 2 hours. But our system still says we only have 30 minutes. Is this 2 hours what we can upgrade to or should we have two hours of message time available to us? Thanks. Johnny |

| It sounds like it does expand the existing storage, as you could always expand those units to up to 9 hours. I read something about a 1 and 2 hour storage expansion using a license code. If you have not gotten a response yet, give them a call. Their phone support has been very responsive in my experience. |
