Default Help with installation

I've been trying to get my company's system hooked up and I can't get the IP phones to connect to the 840VS unit. I've been in contact with their tech support but they haven't been able to help me.
The phones I'm trying to connect are Talkswitch model # 9112i
The 840VS unit is connected to a Linksys BEFSR41 Router.
Mapped ports:

69 UDP
80 TCP
5060 UDP
6000-6006 UDP

Is this unit even compatible with that router?

Please help

...
Port 5060 TCP/UDP - SIP
Port 5061 TCP - SIP over TLS
...

I don't see any problem using the LinkSys, just open the ports. Otherwise it won't work.
