hello, I have a talkswitch, when the people mark and hang, the call is not cut, since I can do that I cut.

What version of firmware are you running on your TalkSwitch unit? Also where is this TalkSwitch installed as there maybe a problem with the phone lines not sending down a Disconnect Clear signal to indicate that a call has ended. If the TalkSwitch is installed outside of the US or Canada I would recommend contacting TalkSwitch Technical Support directly at 613-725-2466 for international support.

I have the version 4.10 installed, and the talkswitch is located in mexico, you might help me

It would be best to contact Talkswitch Technical Support directly to ensure that you have the correct version of software and firmware for Mexico.
