Default Call ID info

I have an account with Callcentric. The interesting thing about this account, is that if I enter a contact name and number in their phone book, when that person calls, even if the incoming caller ID says unknown, Callcentric put the contact info onto the screen. This is a really nice feature. I don't use Callcentric for most of my daily telephone needs. I was wondering if the Talkswitch has a similar feature. Is there a "phonebook/database" of numbers that can be entered, that would allow the Talkswitch to bring up this call ID info if the bell system only supplies the incoming callers phone number?

The phone book would be stored on the actual phone. TS (as far as I know) does not have a phone book feature.
You can download the manual, though and maybe it has one.
