| We cannot figure, nor could tech support at Talkswitch, why we get so much background noise and feedback of our own voices into the phones earpeice (loud) into the signal that you cant even hear your caller. The service is ATT analog, the phones are simple analog ATT and the noise does not occur unless you are calling through the Talkswitch. We have calibrated the phones, tried "quiet" in the configuration and done everything. Still, on both our standard ATT and Uniden pohones, theres the noise. We cant use the unit. What to do? |

| We have never called extension to extension but I can tell you that the feedback and noise would occur as soon as you pick up the phone even without dialing anything. The noise enters through your own handset mike. So I would imagine that an internal call btw extensions would be no different. We had to take the Talkswitch out because we could not conduct our business with it in the loop! However, I am willing to hook it up do some more troubleshooting if need be... |
