 Skype/SIP phone / TAPI - what do I need We have CRM program (Maximizer) that can call contacts from within a contact record using a TAPI compatible PBX. Of course, we dont' want to use a PBX but something like Skype or SIP phone.ts What I'm not sure of is: who/what software/device will need to do what? How can I make free calls from within my maximizer software; will maximizer need to be adapted or... Any comment are welcome. Thorwald     |
