You might also consider NOT crossposting a blatant product advertisement across multiple message boards. I removed the duplicates.

agreed, but frankly i would just like them to better the software for the RS-101 and make it as good as that of the RU-100.

Keep us updated as to the software situation kongmou, like I said, the RS-101 is a fantastic piece of hardware, probably the best USB handset I have ever used (I am no expert but I have tried 3 or 4). I just hope you take heed to what I have said and update the software for it to something as flexible and functional as the software that you currently have for the RU-100. If you get the software sorted out I personally would have no problem recommending this USB handset to others.

Thanks,
Slice

P.S. as a side note, it would also be good to have the option to use a 12hr time display rather then just the default 24hr time display but frankly this is a minor issue and I would recommend fixing the functionality issues I have talked about first.

I'm interested in the PB-35, but a little apprehensive about the company. I've found no distributors at all, no references to pricing on the chinaroby website, and not many reviews of the product. I too have found just a bunch of postings on various void-related forums. Doesn't leave a warm fuzzy about the company, product or support.

Has anyone actually bought from this company? What's the experience been like?

And for the evidently sole representative of chinaroby.com, what's the status of this product and it's future? It looks like a well-designed unit. Are you distributing it for another manufacturer or was it designed by your company? Is there a reason why no distributors in the US appear to be selling this for you?

Thanks.
