Default Problem in configuring sipXPbx

My sipXPbx machine name is sipx.cti.com.
I executed configtest and status, it shows ok for all option.
Now I am trying to access configuration page by giving URL on browser(http://sipx.cti.com), it gives me 2 option Configuration and VoiceMail. After clicking on Configuration option it gives me "404 page not found error" while accessing https://sipx.cti.com/sipxconfig:8443.
VoiceMail option is running fine.
Can anyone suggest the solution.

Thanks & Regards,
Umesh Chaurasia

Comparing with my system the URL for configuration at this point is https://mydomain:8443/sipxconfig/app
This is different to what you say you are seeing.

Try typing a URL as above directly into the browser and see where that takes you.

An update on this ...

As per another topic I have tried installing sipX 3.4 on FC4 and this time I had the same problem, the link to the configuration page appeared to be "broken". I also noticed I wasn't offered the security certificate this time. I tried taking my own advice and typing in the URL to the configuration page but that didn't work. I then tried the voicemail link, that worked fine and I was offered the certificate. I then tried the configuration screen again and this time it went in ok. Don't know for sure what's going on but I have noticed this combination runs slower than on FC5 - maybe browser timeouts?

I stll can't get "unmanged" phones to register though.

I hope this comments are useful to somone somewhere as we alll turn to forums for answers when we are stuck and sometimes just knowing someone else is having the same problem can delay the onset of insanity.
