Default ACD Presence server login

Anyone have experience not recieving calls in the ACD queue even though the phones are loged into the Queue?

I built a new SipXchange server and need to get this working before I migrate a big cutover.

To clarify with more details; The only way a call will queue and be sent to an ACD agent if if I have [monitor presence, and always available] selected.

Of course that doesn't help because I need to be able to log in and out of the queue. Also if I have two phones as ACD agents and DND (do not disturb) selected on one of the phones then every other call to the ACD Queue gets sent to the overflow queue.

BTW When I log into the presence server from the phone it does show that the phone is logged in and I have tried loging in from the ConfigServer interface as well to see if that made a difference.

Thanks for any input anyone can afford me.
