| Hi, I've setup my FX-200 to autoforward calls from VOIP to PSTN. The problem I encounter is that from the moment FX-200 answers the VOIP call at the moment it starts making call via PSTN the pause is too long and a lot of callers hang up before hearing the calling tone of PSTN, cause they think there is a problem with our line. At least, if they could here the FX-200 getting the tone from the second line, and the dialing the number they would understand that something is going on and someone will answer sooner or later. How to shorten this delay? Is it possible to program the FX-200 to be on hook while calling PSTN and wait for the second leg call to be answered? Also, why if I connect 2 PSTN lines to the FX-200 the the volume of the voice is lower than the usual? Is there a chance to increase the gain of one of the 2 lines? Roberto |

| Sorry but there is no solution for these issues on the current version of the FX-200 except you can set the number of rings to 1 to reduce the overall time for the call forwarding process. |
