Default Voicepulse Openaccess problem with FX-200

I have an OpenAccess and landline connected to a FX-200, last week Voicepulse did something and now the FX-200 does not accept the PIN number of allow me to dial if I remove the pin.

Familyguy told me that maybe because voicepulse has done some changes with the soft switch upgrade they completed recently, they are now exclusively using out of band dtmf. That is probably the cause of your problem.

What I can in the FX-200 in order to fix this problem (I tried to make Voicepulse to fix it, but so far not answer from them).

I know for sure that the FX-200 is working because I changed my configuration to use Inphonex and I'm able to make the calls.

I assume you are referring to a problem with Transit Out Function. For Transit Out to work we must be able to hear the DTMF tones.
If Voicepluse will not cooperate with you and this function is important to you I suggest you switch providers.
