Default Voicepulse & FX200

I am having trouble completing a transit in call. I am using voip lines for both pstn and voip. I make the call, the FX200 answers and gives me the dial tone, I dial a number and it times out with a rapid busy as though it did not hear the DTMF tones. I can however press ## and it gives me another dial tone so at least it is hearing that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What gateway and service you are currently using?
Please indicate the connection you have as you are saying " you are using both VOIP line on both VOIP and PSTN"

I am using business class cable and VoicePulse Open Access. I have tried both a PSTN line and the VP Open Access line on the PSTN port and a different VP Open Access line has always been on the VOIP port. I have also raised to FXS port input gain to as much as 5.0 without success.
Again, when I call in I get a dial tone, I dial a number and then it times out and I get the reorder tone or rapid busy. This seems like the device is not hearing the DTMF tones although I can hit ## and I get another dial tone. The tuning procedure also worked fine. Serial number forthcoming to your support address.

Where are you located? What sort of phone are you calling in on, cell? If so try a landline.
