Default problem with transit in to SP2000

I need some ideas on how to fix the following problem:
I can dial to my home number and do get the prompt to enter my PIN.
I enter the PIN and get nothing..no dial tone. I tried to enter PIN and the # sign and without the # sign.

FX Port Impedance: is set at 600 (I never touched it)
FXS Port Output Gain: -3
DTMF Playback Length: .1
FXS Port Power Limit: 3

This is the third Port Converter I installed in my neighbourhood but did not have any problems this far.

I have VOIP > PSTN and PSTN > VOIP enable.

My VOIP provider is Broadoice but I also tested it on ICH. No difference.
Thanks for any hints.

I will be watching to see theses results as I have had a problem with a SPA2000 and FX200 myself and have never been able to get it to work. There has been a little response from the company that builds the FX200 but no repsonse in several days to their last request from me.

Remy @ sipcpe support,

Does this mean ur product will not work with most sipura spa devices? Cause I was planning on buying some.
Also, you said u were going to start beta testing the fx-300... has that started yet?

I just received a beta fx-300 and will be working with it today. I will let you know how it works with a SPA-2000.

Generally, the FX-200 works fine with Sipura boxes but occasionally there are external factors that cause problems. Faulty power supply, weak signal on the line, etc. Also, unfortunately, pstn lines around the country/world are all a bit different and do not respsond as expected.

That having said we have been listening to the issues/problems over the last year and have improved a number of the functions on the FX-300 to hopefully solve the majority of the FX-200 problem areas inaddition to adding new functionality.

The main area of improvement include:

DTMF regeneration: The FX-200 merely transfers the DTMF tones to the ATA and in some environments this signal is too weak to engage the ATA. The FX-300 will actively listen for the DTMF tones and then regenerate/send a new strong signal to the ATA. This should resolve the need to boost input gain settings on most ATA's.
