Default Linksys PAP2-NA and FX200

I'm not sure if this has already been covered elsewhere, but I am having problems getting my FX200 to recognize DTMF tones when I make transit out calls in two-stage dialing. The FX200 is connected to a Linksys PAP2-NA and I am making calls from another ATA. I've tried setting the DTMF TX Method on PAP2-NA to inBand and AVT, but still no luck on either setting. I've also tried increaing the FXS Port Output Gain to +3, but no luck there as well. And just to test that there is nothing wrong with the FX200, when I substituted the PAP2-NA with another ATA, everything works perfectly. In other words, DTMF tone is being passed perfectly to FX200, and ultimately to PSTN line. Any help you guys can offer would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Try a D-link signal router power supply, instead of the pap2... It worked for me.
