Default fx300

I have purchased a FX 300 Call director.

I have set the CID Private User Group Function (45) to 2 and entered Private User Group numbers (last 6 digits). The call forward is happening to all the Nos. (that is , call forward is happening to other nos. also.)

The following is not working

"Since callers not in your private user group will ring the phone port as normal, no one outside your private
user group will know you have any device installed on your lines"

Can please suggest where I have made the mistake?

Fx-300 was working fine with Vonage & Local PSTN line for about 2 weeks. Now suddenly when I want to dial a local PSTN no., using Vonage as line 1 and PSTN as linbe 2, all call I dial after landing the PSTN dial tone, I am getting wrong nos. (ie each a a different PSTN No.).

I have done a factory reset also but still all the calls are going to wrong no. only.

Can any one give some solution how to get over the problem?

hi, can't answer your question, but would like to know where you purchased your FX300?

And: would you still buy it?

It looks like what I need but cannot find anywhere to buy one.
