 FX Transit in/out configuration Dear support, I have purchaed sipura 2000 and fx 200. I am trying to use the products with Inphonex account. I first connected the Sipura 2000 and ensured that the quality of voice is acceptable. Then connected FX200 as advised in manual. I need help as I am facing the following problems: The Transit In (from PSTN call to an Inphonex number) function works fine. However the quality of the call considerably degrades. The transit out (from Inphonex number to a PSTN number) does not work. After getting the second dial tone dailing of any other number is not recognized and the call is not completed with a stage noise after a while. Please advise how to solve this problem and enhance the quality of call. Looking forward to hear.     |

| Suggest you try to increase the Input and Output Gain on the Sipiura. See section on FX-200 Trouble Shooting Tips under Announcements in this forum. Also note not al voip operators support sending of DTMF tones for Transit Out Two Stage Dialing. Since you have a two port Sipura I suggest you configure one port with FWD or SIPphone.com for your Transit Out calling |
