FX-300

I purchased a FX-300 Beta Model, and there are no instructions!!!!
I would very much like to know how to program the instrument and use it properly.

I cannot get through to Voxilla by phone.(Terminal voicemail) And i have not prompt response to e-mails and IMs

Can ANYONE send me a pdf of the installation manual and users manual?

In the Voxilla store there is a link <http://store.voxilla.com/pdf/FX300CIDProgrammingGuide1.3.pdf> to such a guide. It may not get into much discussion about the specific programming features (like when you may or may not want to use the specific feature) but it tells all the programming codes from what I have seen.
