Default FX-200 and D-Link VTA

I am new at this - so please be patient with me.

- Will my Vonage D-Link VTA work with the FX-200?
- Which version of the FX-200 will I need? 5v or 12v?

- Generally speaking is there any difference between the 5v and 12v versions of the FX-200 other than the power feed? If I supply an independent power feed is the device then useable with any ATA?

Thanks very much.
