Default F200 Not Working with Broadvoice

My F200 is giving me a headache.
Whenever I make a call to my PSTN line, I get the second dialtone but I am not able to place a call. As soon as I hang up the phone, I can not make another call.(I have to retune the unit 3 times for it to start dialing again).
But I am still not able to make a call when the broadvoice/sipura presents me with a dialtone. What is wrong with my FX200 ?

My two issues again are:
1-F200 does not disconnect the fxs line of the sipura when the calls ends.
2-F200 does not allow me to make calls on second dialtone (from the broadvoice).

I was able to set a password at least..

I am clueless. please help.

Have you tried to adjust the Input gain on your sipura, as previously posted in the announcments section. See below:

Sipura SPA 2000 does not recognize your PSTN DTMF tones on Transit In calls: When you place a Transit In call you should hear dial tone from your Sipura. When you press any key on your remote phone the Sipura's dial tone should turn off if the Sipura has recognized your PSTN DTMF tones. If this does not happen then you will need to increase the FXS Port Input Gain. To increasing the FXS Port Input Gain: Access

Thanks for the suggestion.
To adjust the input gain, I have to have Admin access to my BYOD Broadvoice Sipura 2000.
I asked Broadvoice for admin password and I have not heard from them since. I left countless VM to their sad answering machine. (it's been 5 days now..I'm not happy with Broadvoice...). I will give them few more days and cancel the service if no reply.

I suggest you try Vonage. They seem to be more busy selling and marketing their services than trying to restrict its use!

The problem with Vonage is that they have no BYOD program and will never release the Admin password to you while you are their customer (and in many cases not even after you leave them). Vonage is clearly the most restrictive provider in terms of customers managing their own equipment.

My recommendation is to continue calling BV Customer Service until you reach a live human being. Try calling at different times of the day in order to reach a live person. Once you have a live person on the phone this person will generally email you your credentials right away.
