I was reading this post and just wandering why final users, I mean those who use the product, those why buy the product, don't have access to something as basic as a configuration manual.

i wonder why we have to ask the support for Users Guide. its a waste of time. there should be a link for downloading it. i received my FX-200 today and i did not recieve the cd. waiting for the User's Guide to be sent via mail to me.
