Default Can Someone help me i bought the fx-200 , and #1# doent work

hello , i just purchaged an fx200 voip , i already calibrate it , and did everithing as instructed on the manual , but when i call it and and dial the #1# sequence i get no tone , or response , any sujestion will be greatly apriciated......

send us your pstn and voip contact numbers to support@sipcpe.com and we will try to remotely test your unit.Please indicate best time for us to do the testing

Be sure you are keying #1# to start setting advanced features not ## as what you had stated on your other post under "troubleshooting tips" You can also send us a detailed set up/informations at support@sipcpe.com
