Auto Call Forwarding problem. I setup my FX-200 using VOIP -> PSTN Auto Call Forwarding and it worked flawlessly the last 3 months. And now, it has a wierd problem.
- When i place a call to the VOIP, FX-200 fowards the call to the PSTN line (in this case is using PSTN to call my cell phone).
- My cell phone rings as expected.
- But when i pick up the call, i hear a busy tone and nothing else which means the call has been dropped (i guess).
I had the same problem couple days ago and it was back to normal a day after that. And now it occurs permanently.
Here is my setup.
- Sipura 2100 VOIP adapter for the stanaphone line and got connected to the FX-200. (line1)
- The PSTN got connected to the FX-200 too (line2)
- Line1 is set for auto call forwarding to the PSTN
Everything else seems to be normal since i turn off the PSTN and it worked just fine.
I read the FAQ on the sipcpe.com and it told me to set code 31 to 5 (#1# beep 31 beep 5*#) and i did that and really don't know what it means. That was the hint for 17. My FX-200 works fine but sometimes it disconnects for no reason?
Set code 31 to 5. (#1# beep 31 beep 5*#)
Is there anyone with the same problem like me.?
Thanks a lot. |
