nonoh charging in free period avoid them

i put credit in my nonoh account the second time after i didnt had any problem for the first 120 days
now i ve noticed that i ve been charged for calling to usa when i m in still my freedays ,,i ve e mailed them as well but no response ,,i am calling a land line number which is included in there free days ,,well it was free yesterday but today they have started to charge it ,i am definate that i am in the free days i mean not used the 200 minutes in a week

has anyone had the same problem
dont use it they have charged me over 2 punds in 2 weeks of toping my account on the 15th of this month

so guys you have been warned
