Disapponted with ALLO.COM

Signed up 2 weeks ago with ALLO.COM , for their Pay-As-You-Go plan and purchased US$ 10 international credit to make calls to Latin American countries.
So far, I am very disapponted with their service.
Tried making calls using my own Sipura ATA device and the downloaded
X-Lite Software Phone, same results with both, so the problems are definately with their service:

-no ringback tone (you can not hear when it is ringing on the other side)
-when connects, it disconnect randomly, every 5-10-15 minutes
-even when I know the number is good, I receive a message "the number you have dialled is invalid"

I used Allo.com for a few months..... until they went belly-up sometime in summer of 2007
