 Polycom and Caller-ID I've got 2 Polycom IP-501's, and caller-id works great on them, except when I am already on a call. Is there any way to make the caller id show up for the incoming call when you're already on a call? I'm using Trixbox 2.2.2, and i have 2 line keys configured for the same extension. When a second call comes in, the second extension icon animates but no caller id info is displayed. This is important for a variety of reasons, but the biggest is that we have several lines that come in to call groups, and I need to know how to answer the call based on the call group it comes into. I have trixbox configured to pre-pend the call group info onto the caller-id. I guess if push comes to shove, I could configure seperate line keys for each call group, but that doesn't scale past 3. Any suggestions?      |
