Default Polycom 650 echo

Hi,

I am having a small issue with echo with my polycom 650 stations. During a call there is a noticeable echo of the person that is using the phone. This echo is originating within the phone system. There is no recognizable echo on the far end of the call, or incoming audio from the T1. Besides I'm using a Rhino dual T1 PCIe card with echo canceling card installed. Could this have to do with the tx and rx gains of my phones? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Bryan
