| I have two questions. 1. How do I turn on the 'MWI' on the 601. I know I need to 'tweak' the (phone1).cfg file for the phone, but I'm not sure where to set it. 2. If I have a 601 with multiple line apeearences on it, if the user is on a call, the only way they that another call is coming in is if they are looking at the phone and see the next line flashing. I would like to be able to have the next call ring in their ear so they know another call is coming in. Thanks P.S. I am not using asterisk, I am using a Braodsoft platform, so any changes would need to be made in the phones config file. |

| MWI works by default if your vmail server supports it; there's nothing to configure on the phone end, really, unless it's a completely bizarre setup. The user should get a call waiting tone in their ear when a second (or more) call comes in on the line. Again, this is default behavior. |
