 Polycom 501 I need help! I am new to this whole VoIP thing and my boss has asked me to take a good look at our phone system, which happens to be VoIP. We have Polycom 501 phones. Anyway, here's what I need help with. I need to put two different phone "lines" on one phone. I've created two different users with different extensions with our host (Fonality.com) and I'm able to get one user/extension on there, but can't seem to get the second one established. Is that because they are not the same number? Can my objective even be accomplished? If so, can someone help me out? Thanks a million      |
